I highly recommend that you read the first half here>Part 18 1/2: Day 2- The Ninja Clan (Slight Vore)

Flare was not surprised, he knew he would have to fight the head of the group sooner or later. The dragonite turned around and told the greninja that it had done well but the dragonite would take it from there. Then it turned around to look at Flare.

"State your business here, why and how did you get here?" It asked, still sounding serious. Seeing how he was no longer in apparent danger, Flare dropped his offensive pose.

"I'm here because on of your subordinates took something very important to me." Flare told the dragonite which had a slight frown. "I don't know what business you're trying to carry out, you can even have the food you took, but I really need the bunch of gems which that one-" Flare pointed at the greninja which the dragonite had previously guarded. "-took from my house." The dragonite rubbed it's chin and expressed deep thought as it stared right at Flare. The line of greninjas looked at each other and casually spoke to each other with confusion.

"Even if you weren't lying, we don't need this secret of ours getting out, so I'm sorry but I can't let you leave." The dragonite said calmly, like it knew something Flare didn't. Hearing the fight proceeding statement, Flare got into an offensive pose, crossing his chest with his left arm and with his hands balled into fists.

"I see." Flare said half angrily. As the air of the room started to heat from the battle a low rumble of thunder could be heard far above ground and echoed through the tunnels. The greninjas hit with his electric shock attack were still unconscious behind and to the side of him, and he wondered what would happen if it started raining.

Flare prepared to do something as the dragonite made its move. With a strong rush of wind, it leaped into the air and came flying towards Flare with surprising speed, both arms it its sides as it flew. Then after a moment of low flight, it put its arms out and from head to toe became enveloped in a trailing blue glow. Flare defensively put Break on the front of his chest and arm just in time and the pokemon slammed into it, tackling Flare down onto the floor with the immense force of the attack. Flare was not hurt too badly on his front but the dragonite pinned him down with its massive size and strength It looked straight down at Flare and in Flare's position he got flashbacks to previous scenarios when a large predator was on top of him. At this distance Flare was really aware of how big it was, it seemed like if it wanted to it could swallow him down with ease. Flare was in no mood to be eaten though, and tried his best to defend again. The dragonite spoke before he did anything.

"This is it for you, it's just that there's no other way." The dragonite told him. Flare was annoyed at how the pokemon always seemed so confident, that was Flare's own job, always being overconfident in his abilities. Instead of trying to eat Flare the dragonite simply leaned its head back a little but and opened its mouth as wide as possible. Then, Flare saw a mass of glowing light start to form inside of its mouth and increase in size. Flare knew nothing good would come from this but continued looking helpless even though he was doing something behind the scenes. Because of his ability to use Haste without forming time rings around himself, he stealthily increased his speed and use Saber for strength without the dragonite noticing, even though he started getting a purple colored aura around his body. Then, right as the dragonite began to release the dense ball of energy, Flare, with Haste and Saber, ripped his arms from being trapped under the dragonite's and defensively put his hands over each other in front of his face, palms facing upwards at the dragonite's head. In the slowed down surroundings which Flare saw, he released tons of energy through his hands and aimed it at the beam which was coming directly from the dragonite's mouth. Flare released a wide beam of heat and electricity and forced it into the dragonite's opposing beam. When the two connected it released a shockwave like an earthquake was happening and rumbled the cave. The greninjas looked frightened.

Both kept forcing out tons of power through their attacks, the connection point of the two beams was wavering between being closer to Flare and then the dragonite. Flare was putting out as much as possible at the same time, but his fight for survival led him to push out just a little bit more than his opponent and his beam pushed back further and further, until it finally completely overpowered the dragonite's attack. The white and red beam of light from the dragonite was pushed back and eventually dissipated, leaving dragonite open to the full force of Flare's attack. Flare's light blue and white beam hit dragonite square in the face and knocked it backwards, away from Flare. Flare hopped up and took the moment that the dragonite used to nurse its hurt face and quickly pulled something from his pocket. An oblique glass bottle with transparent fluid came out of his pocket and with two hands he popped off the cork seal and swigged the tasteless drink down. The greninjas and dragonite watched as Flare gained a bright glow for a second, he had just replenished some of his magic ability.

After stuffing the bottle back in his pocket Flare saw that his opponent was temporarily immobilized and performed another ability. Flare closed his eyes, as portrayed by the bright yellow oval on the surface of his dark face veil, and crossed his arms diagonally across his chest. Everyone in the room watched as a breeze started encircling the mage and caused parts of his loose cloak and hat blow around. Then a cylindrical green area surrounded Flare and a green ring  was at his feet, while another quickly zoomed across the floor and though the rocky pillar in the center of the room. Half of the creatures watched the ring as it passed by everyone and stopped at the boulder hiding the treasure. As soon as it got there, Flare and the rings produced a bright green flash and switched places, placing him at the other side of the room instantly.

"No! Stop him!" The dragonite ordered in frustration, a bit of steam shooting out of its nostrils on the end of its long orange snout, still holding its head with one of its 3 clawed forearms. The blast had almost knocked it out so it wanted to take it easy for a second.

Again the nearest greninjas followed their master's order and came at Flare. Seeing how these two weren't the one which had visited Flare much earlier, Flare used a simple electric attack and brought them down, conscious this time but still immobilized. "Gre- Gre-" One of them said, still incomprehensible to Flare, but he thought they probably muttered something like "Please, don't" or its equivalent. Seeing how there was nothing stopping him now, Flare used heavily enhanced Saber and slid the giant rock from its spot carefully without breaking it, one again revealing the glittering room of treasure. The dragonite tried to get to Flare but it was tired and hurt, causing it to slowly move towards Flare.

"Please, don't. We've been saving this up for so long!" It pleaded. Flare didn't move and just sighed. Everything has to be so complicated doesn't it. Flare thought to himself and turned to the dragonite, making it stop in its tracks. Every conscious greninja in the room was watching now.

"I already told you, I just want my gems, only the gems!" Flare exaggerated the end of his statements. "You can keep all the treasure and gold that you want but I need these, it's basically life or death if I don't get these back." Flare explained, making gestures in the process. The dragonite's pleading expression lightened, and the other greninja in the room looked less anxious at his words.

"Do you really mean it, after all we've put you through, after seeing our stash in its fullness?" The dragonite asked, still standing still. Flare looked behind himself at the piles of treasure in the room, which also was oddly filled with meat and fish, like a meat freezer. Then he looked back.

"Nah, I just want my gems and I won't cause you guys any more trouble." Flare said and then kneeled down pick up a bunch of the gems, but not all of them. Then he attempted to fit it all in his pocket at once, just barely getting most of them in. His pockets were very oddly bulging. He still had one in his hand and pulled out the portal device. Seeing how it was barely at 1%, he hastily opened the latch on top and switched the gems. The Indicator instantly read full charge and the portal device stopped vibrating. He had finally accomplished his goal.

"I'm sorry we've caused you this trouble." The dragonite apologized with a smile. "I don't know what or who you are, but please accept my and my comrades apologies." The dragonite said and approched Flare, greatly towering over him in height. Flare then turned his attention to the line of greninjas which had moved closer. Each one looked embarrassed and was sort of blushing. "Gre-" They appologiezed in their own language, Flare knew. But still, the one which he had seen first stood out among the others. Instead of staying in line, the pokemon walked over to Flare and stood next to him. Flare didn't know what to expect from this point, he had just fought with this group of underground ninja, and a dragon, and now they treated him with kindness and apologized with great intensity. Flare watched as the greninja next to him spoke with the dragonite on his other side, their conversation still incredibly crypt, but also sort of funny. The greninja's vocabulary souley consisted of some part of its name. Every time it made a noise for speech to the dragonite it was either some tone of "Gre-" or "Grenin-" or sometimes just "Nin-" or "Ninja" in a deep, half scratchy voice and a slur on the "j" in ninja which sounded somewhat like "cha."

    "Gre- Grenin-"

"What are you saying?" The dragonite looked puzzled at the greninja.

    "Gre- Nin- Grenin-"

"Really, you'd like to do that?" The dragonite asked, it now looked surprised.

"Gre- Gre-" The pokemon sounded happy and nodded its head like it was saying yes yes. Then the greninja turned to Flare with a happy expression. Flare couldn't see its mouth but did see the happiness in its eyes. He also didn't know greninja's mouth was behind that scarf of a tongue wrapped around its neck, he hadn't thought too much into what it actually was.

"Human... Er, you are a human aren't you?" The dragonite asked, trying to be as polite as possible.

    "Yea." Flare responded.

"This fellow here has just told me something very special which I'm sure will make you happy. I saw the way you observed my team before so I can guess how you might react." The dragonite said with happiness. Flare thought about it for a second. There's no way it could be talking about... Flare thoughts trailed off.

"This greninja right here said that he likes you, and finds you very trust worthy. He wants to join you." The dragonite said happily. Flare's expression brightened greatly. Wha- Really? Flare thought in his head. He was much more in shock than amazement. He turned to look at the happy ninja pokemon, it was noticeably shorter than him, about 5 feet probably, but almost human sized. Flare had also just heard the name of the creature, he now new they were called greninjas.

"Re- Really?" Flare asked in shock. The greninja looked up at him and nodded.

"Gre!" It responded with happiness. The dragonite was smiling, and so was Flare, his huge oval eyes represinting his happiness.

"That's awesome!" Flare blurted out. Some greninjas in the back were cheering. "But, I must ask, why?" Flare asked with kindness. The greninja thought for a second, tapping its 3 finger on each hand together. Then it looked at dragonite and said some things to it. The dragon relayed it to Flare.

"He says it's because he thinks your cool and powerful, and you seem like a nice person, unlike some other people he has seen. He is also likes the way you fight, isn't that right?" The dragonite said. Greninja nodded his head in agreement.

"Wow, I'm speechless. All I can think of is to say thanks, buddy." Flare said and put his gloved right hand over the greninja's head and rubbed it with affection. It made some form of purring noise, sounding more like a silent elongated "Gre-" and showing a pleasured expression.

"Are you sure you want such a talented warrior leaving this group you have here." Flare said to the dragonite, remarking on the skill this group of ninja like animals had.

"I'm okay, but it's not my decision, it's his." The dragonite said, gesturing at the greninja who was still purring. Flare smiled.

"Again, thank you all. It's been great meeting all of you down here, you've got quite the extraordinary hideout. But I need to get go-" Flare was about to make his leaving statement, but a sound which everyone heard cut him off.

"What in the world-" The dragonite looked around, and noticed what looked like water was flowing in from the surrounding tunnels. Then the dragonite and all the greninjas got shocked expressions.

"Oh no, human, you need to leave. It must be raining, and these caves flood all the way to the top when it does!" The dragonite told Flare, the sound of water getting louder and louder. Flare was once again shocked as he saw the water level of the surrounding cave entrances rising, and flowing into the main area where everyone was. Some of the greninja were freaking out over something on the opposite side of the room which caught the dragonite's attention.

"What's going on over there." Its voice boomed. Hearing it, all of the greninjas stepped out of the way, revealing the four greninjas who were still unconscious from Flare's earlier attack. Flare was quick to mention something about his attack to the dragonite and his new friend didn't get the wrong idea.

"Mr. Dragon," Flare said awkwardly. "My attack does not kill, but those four will be unconscious for a while longer. I have no ability to wake them up." Flare said. He had no idea how to reverse the effects of his magic, that was the job of White Magic users.

"We have to help you and those four out of here so none of us drown. The greninjas can't breath underwater forever." Flare nodded and walked to one of the openings with water coming in. The level was up to the top of his shoes now and splashed around in the water when he walked. Everyone watched as Flare put out one hand facing the door and he started using some of his magic. From the ground up, everyone saw that Flare was somehow turning the water into ice and built a thick wall of it from the ground to the ceiling, blocking off the water from coming in.

"You can do just about anything, can't you." The dragonite said, half amazed by Flare's ability to use electricity, teleport, a powerful beam, and now ice.

"Pretty much." Flare said as he walked around the room to each opening with water coming in and froze it. When he was done, his greninja partner and the dragonite followed him to the four unconsuous greninjas on the floor. Flare checked their pulses just in case, and was relieved to see that they were still breathing. Then Flare kneeled down to help lift up the four. Dragonite lifted up two and Flare lifted up the other two, with Saber of course. The previously conscious but downed greninjas had also gotten up while Flare froze the paths that water was getting in, but looked with anxiety at the transparent blue walls of ice.

"Gre- Gren-" One of them said to the dragonite. The dragonite looked worried for a second and lookad at what it was talking about. Flare looked too, and noticed the amount of water behind the walls was steadily rising and cracks were spiderwebing across the ice.

"We must hurry, those wont hold forever." Flare said. Every pokemon including the dragonite and Flare's greninja nodded. Then, Flare noticed the dragonite had turned pale in the face.

    "What's wrong?" Flare asked.

"The only exits are at ground level, normally we swim up there when this place floods." The dragonite said. Flare realized what it was talking about and thought for a moment. Then he realized the treasure room was left open.

"Well, I'm sure you don't want your treasure washing away." Flare said and ran over to the boulder with two greninjas slung over his back. He still hadn't noticed that the pokemon's long pink scarf looking thing around their necks were their tongues, and he was getting saliva all over his back. He didn't notice that either because of his thick cloak.

"Human, your life is more valuable than treasure, we need to find a way to get you out of here." The dragonite said. The ice walls were making creaking sounds now, their cracks slowly getting bigger too. Flare still didn't want their hard work to go to waste and put Saber on his legs to push the boulder. Just as the giant rock rolled into place, everything happened at once. The pressure was too great for the ice walls and they all shattered like glass at the same time.

"Human!" The dragonite yelled concerningly from the other side of the room. Hundreds of gallons of water rushed in and quickly filled the room up to Flare's height. Just before it closed over his head, Flare used electricity to form an air pocket or bubble around his and his passenger greninja's heads. Then Flare helplessly went under, getting a good view of the chaos below the water. The first thing he saw was the greninja who had said it wanted to be friends with him was rushing over at a high speed in the water to get to him. When it got to Flare it grabbed one of his hands and led him through the water against the strong current. There was no way Flare could have swam in this on his own, even with Saber, he didn't have the webbed hands of greninjas. Underwater, the greninja led him to the others waiting for them with his tongue scarf trailing behind him as he sawm and then they all moved at once. This time, they swam through a different tunnel than what Flare had entered though, this one was much wider.

The greninja Flare could tell his greninja friend was getting very tired carrying him, Flare also had the weight of two other greninjas on him which made it extremely hard for the one leading him to swim with the others. Dragonite was strong and swift, easily maneuvering itself through the water with speed and grace. When it turned and noticed Flare and his greninja lagging behind it slowed down and swam next to them. It didn't try and speak underwater, but the greninja, Flare, and dragonite all had a silent conversation with eyes and gestures. Eventually the dragonite motioned for Flare to hand over the two greninjas he was carrying and so he did. The dragonite now had four of the unconscious ninja pokemon, two per arm. Then Flare and the greninja leading him watched as the dragonite got head first behind Flare, and started doing something peculiar. After it got into its postion, head first right behind Flare's feet, Flare realized what it must have decided to do. He had experienced it so many times that he knew exactly when it was gong to happen, and that time was now. The huge dragonite opened its mouth wide, catching a bunch of water, and then with a burst of speed, lurched forwards and caught Flare's shoes right in its mouth. Like a snake, it kept creeping its wide mouth up Flare's body, from his feet, to his lags, and then his waste. Flare didn't struggle either, he wanted to give the kindhearted creature as little trouble as possible. As Flare was dragged deeper into the dragonite's mouth and down its throat he felt a warm sensation, the cold temperature of the rain water was overcome by the warmth of the dragon pokemon's insides. Greninja didn't notice at first but when it looked back at its friend Flare being slowly dragged further into the dragonite's mouth it freaked out, bubbles came from its mouth behind its tongue scarf as it let out some sort of call. Flare tried his best to calm the greninja as he was dragged further, the dragonite's mouth about to go over his shoulders, but the greninja didn't understand and kept looking fearful. But, Flare had gotten the scared pokemon to release his hand as he descended further into the dragonite, down its throat. The dragonite was finally able to close its mouth over Flare's head and took its final swallow, sending Flare in his entirety its stomach. Flare was once again surrounded by the warm and comforting stomach walls of something friendly which had eaten him. The dragonite's stomach was not filled with water either, dragonite was able to just get Flare down and spit out the remaining water. The huge pokemon had an equally huge and roomy stomach which was just big enough for Flare to reside in without being uncomfortable. From the outside, the dragonite had a moderately big bulge where its stomach should be. Flare with his glowing eye ability was able to see that this dragon's stomach was similar to Clymax's in the way that it was not filled with acid and had the same pink/red colored stomach walls.

Now with the weight of none, the greninja who was leading Flare now swam steadily right next to the dragonite with a bulging stomach. The greninja didn't like the idea but supposed it was for the best. Even with the weight of four greninjas and one human, the dragonite was still going strong and swimming with ease. After half a minute, all the greninja including Flare's and the dragonite, made it safely to the surface. Luckily for Flare, the dragonite had taken the chance of eating Flare. It didn't know what Flare's reaction would be but hoped for the best anyway.

The rain was getting lighter and lighter, the downpour only lasting for several minutes, most of which were experienced by Flare and the pokemon below ground in the cave system. Shortly after making landfall, the dragonite heaved Flare up and out of his original safe place. Flare had to admit he didn't mind it when it happened to him, he wouldn't mind for staying a bit longer, but of course he wasn't going to say anything about that. The group was now under a tall and thick tree, shielding themselves. The rain had washed off most of the dragonite's saliva from Flare's clothes and he just laid there with his hands behind his head, leaning against the tree. The greninja and dragonite surrounded him. Most of the other greninja hadn't seen Flare get swallowed by dragonite so they were shocked when they saw their leader spit him out after reaching land. The exit of the cave was another stony hole in the ground, just like the one Flare had entered through.

Flare's greninja was now talking to the dragonite with slight anger.

"Gre- Gren! Ninja!" It told dragonite.

"I had to, you were getting too tired to escape with him and the two others in your grasp." The dragonite told him.

    "Gre? Grenin?!"

"Why did I eat him? Well, he didn't seem to mind. Eh human?" The dragonite looked to Flare for defense.

"Its fine, I wasn't hurt or anything. I didn't even struggle, let it go greninja." Flare said, still not knowing if he should call the one who had become friends with him the same thing that the rest of his kind were called. "You can understand my words right?" Flare asked. A reassuring "Gre-" and a nod of his head came from the greninja, letting Flare know that it could understand him. Then, the greninja took a break from arguing about the dragonite eating Flare and desired to go sit down with his new human friend. It leaned against the tree next to Flare and let out a sigh, an elongated "Gre-" was audible. The dragonite also came and sat next to Flare on the side opposite to Flare.

"Your greninja friend isn't too happy with me eating you. I hope you weren't scared or anything, I just wanted to help you and my companions to escape." The dragonite said apologetically.

"I already said its fine." Flare said, trying to not let the big creature feel guilty. "I'm glad you did it, thank you for helping me. Who knows what would have happened otherwise."

"Yea, and thank you for helping us escape with the unconscious ones down there, they are awake now and after telling them about how you helped save them and the treasure they weren't angry." The dragonite said. Flare looked around to see if he could find the four, and did. Four greninja sitting together noticed Flare looking and waved at him with delight. They each expressed their gratitude with a variety of "Gre-" noises as usual.

"Sorry again for attacking you back there." The dragonite said apologetically.

"It's fine, I've been through worse. I'm glad I met you and your group, especially this guy. Flare said and rubbed his greninja's head again, it purred just like before. Flare looked back at the tall dragonite. "But what about your hideout and the treasure, is that gonna be okay after all this rain?" Flare asked, concern in his voice.

"Yea. It's done this many times. Luckily you closed the treasure room or all that would be spread across the floor once the excess water drains out. I'll make sure another instance of one of us taking something from your house never happens. Just so we're clear, where is it?" The dragonite asked, curious.

"It's a wooden house not too far from your base actually, and as far as I know, it's the only one in the entire forest, or at least the only one close to your base." Flare told the dragonite, it made a mental note of Flare's position.

The group sat there for a while, maybe thirty minutes or so, and eventually decided to part ways. In the time, Flare told the group stories of his adventures within the recent weeks, all the way since he had entered this world up to now. When he was done he abruptly got up and notified everyone that he had to go somewhere, his greninja stood with him.

"I'm sorry guys, but I need to get going. I have secret business to attend to too."

"Aww." The dragonite said, and the greninjas made their equivalent noise, a depressed sounding "Gre-" came from all but one, the one who stood with Flare.

"Goodbye Flare." Flare had told them his nickname. "We are sure to meet again, maybe even another battle just for fun, hmph." The dragonite said to him and also stood up. At this point the rain had subsided and the sky was clear. It was late afternoon and light streamed through the leaves of the surrounding trees, bouncing off the reflective bodies of the greninjas and casting reflections onto the trees around them like a living light show.

"And Spade, take care. I'm sure to see you again too." The dragonite said and waved to the greninja, who Flare had recently discovered had Spade as its nick name. The greninja waved and let out a delighted "Gre-" in response. Then, everyone waved as Flare and Spade, the greninja left the scene. Flare walked happily with his new friend all the way back to his house. As they walked Flare finally noticed what was up with what was wrapped around greninja's neck.

    "Hey, Spade."

"Gre?" It looked at him with curiosity and delight.

"What is that around you neck?" Flare asked.

"Grenin..." It thought about how to answer Flare's question.

"Hmm." Flare also thought about it.

"Gre- Ninja-" Spade pointed at Flare's face. He had dissipated his black veil around his head long ago while he sat with the group of pokemon.

    "Your head?" Flare was confused.

"Gre- Gre-" It shook its head no and then pointed more directly at a spot on Flare's face, his mouth.

"Your mouth?" Flare thought about what Spade was trying to tell him as they walked. He saw that it was giving a sort of gesture by tilting one of its webbed hands back and forth. Flare thought about it. His mouth, if not his mouth then...

    "Your tongue?" Flare asked, skeptical.

"Gre-" Spade responded with an easy tone and shook its head yes.

"Oh, that's neat." Flare said and continued walking. To be honest, Flare thought that was a little odd and the problems that may happen when Spade meets Clymax.

Flare took Spade all the way to his wooden house in this world and by the time they got there it was night time. Flare decided he  and spade would just sleep in this house and go to his world the next day. Flare opened the door and led Spade inside his house. After they entered, Spade watched Flare empty his pockets onto the table where the gems had originally been. As he did, he saw that Spade was looking at the sparkling crystals from Flare's home world with amazement.

"You like these?" Flare asked after he finished. Spade nodded yes. "Well, I think I know a place where I can get you outfitted with one of these around your neck, would you like that?" Flare asked with happiness. Spade nodded his head more quickly, an obvious yes. Flare laughed with delight and got himself ready for bed. He also prepared the bed which had originally been Clyde's with new covers for Spade to sleep on. After some time, they both were ready for bed and Flare put out the lights. In the darkness, they exchanged goodnights.

"Goodnight Spade." Flare said sleepily, he had pulled his hat over his face again, making his words slightly muffled.

"Gre- Gre-" Spade said back in the same tone, Flare guessed it had also said goodnight. It wasn't long before Flare and Spade, the greninja, both fell asleep. Flare found it funny how, instead of snoring, the greninja said "Gre... Nin... Gre... Nin..." repeatedly in its sleep.

In Flare's home world, Clymax, Clyde, and the others had fallen asleep similarly to the night before. Each had made some progress this day, Clyde could put up a bubble shield and Clymax could make objects glow on command, it wasn't much but it was something at least. Flare had accomplished the most today though, he had acquired a new long term friend, a powerful ninja frog at that. Everyone went to sleep easy with no problems, no disturbances, and thankfully, no beeping in the middle of the night, that obnoxious beeping.

End of Part 18
Part 1/2 here>i-am-flare.deviantart.com/art/…

This is the second half of part 18 of my stories about a black mage named Flare and his adventures with his various friends. This got many set backs and I even had to do some research about some of the creatures in the story to convey them right so I hope you enjoy.

(Despite the title, this second part is where the Vore takes place. And please excuse my horrible mistakes if there are, which I'm sure there are still some even after going over it once.)

OCs included:
Flare, Clymax, Spade, belong to me.
Clyde belongs to Amalgam1.

Shout out's to my encouraging watchers, thanks.
